2019 - Week 28 Winners

Bernd Wiesberger (ranked 15th by Golf Predictor) won the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open on the European PGA Tour. The 33 year old Austrian won his second title of the season with a play-off win in Scotland. In a week of low scoring, overnight leader Wiesberger defeated the fast finishing Benjamin Hebert with a par on the third extra hole, after the Frenchman had missed a number of chances to win. Our top ranked player, Rory McIlroy, finished tied 34th and we only had twelve of the top twenty plus ties (12/25).

Dylan Frittelli (ranked 20th by Golf Predictor) won the John Deere Classic on the US PGA Tour. The 29 year old South African won his first tour title on at TPC Deere Run. Frittelli hunted down the fast finishing Russell Henley with a strong front nine and overtook him with a couple of birdies after the turn. Frittelli then finished solidly to win by two shots in the end. Our top ranked player, Sungjae Im finished in tied 26th and we had ten of the top eighteen plus ties (10/25).
